From Software has officially announced that a sequel to Rune OSRS gold is in the works for the GameCube. Named Lost Kingdoms in North America, the original Rune detailed the adventures of Katia, who collected various cards that gave her different abilities, ranging from basic magic attacks to summoning spells. A North American release for Rune II has yet to be announced.

Shrapnel Games has announced that it has begun shipping its role-playing game, RuneSword II. The game features two single-player storylines, four mini-adventures, an automatic random adventure generator, and an adventure construction set.

It uses a turn-based combat system designed to appeal to fans of tabletop role-playing games. Players create characters from 13 different races and more than 35 skills. RuneSword II is now available for order from the Shrapnel Games Web site for a retail price of .95. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.

Gathering of Developers and Human Head Studios have released a playable demo for their recently released Viking action game, Rune. Players assume the role of Ragnar, a young Viking warrior who must fight his way through more than 40 single-player levels filled with vicious enemies and creatures. The game is based on Norse mythology, and it features several multiplayer maps in addition to RS gold the single-player levels. For more information about the game, read our Rune review.
