When choosing a battery supplier for a forklift, OEMs must consider a number of critical factors. Picking the wrong battery can impact every aspect of an OEM's business, from procurement to production. OEMs rely heavily on forklifts for their day-to-day operations, and forklifts depend heavily on batteries for their day-to-day operations.
