Paragard IUD Lawsuit: Mounting Allegations of Device Breakage and Serious Complications

The Paragard IUD, a non-hormonal copper intrauterine device (IUD) marketed as a very effective long-term contraception option, is facing an increasing wave of lawsuits alleging that the device is vulnerable to breaking during removal, ultimately causing serious complications for women.
