You Need A New Collection Of Shirts

Those were the words that came out of my mouth, when I finally made enough money to get rid of my “parent’s” wardrobe… I’ll elaborate on that.

I grew up in a house where mom and dad picked my clothes. Their choices were horrible. I cringe looking back at those days.

And it wasn’t just the clothes picking. It was the shopping too. It’s not like your parents are going to try the clothes on themselves… so I had to be there.

And the thing is, saying “No” was hard. They were the average “grab a cart and fill it up” parents. They would shop clothes till they dropped. T shirt new collection in magazines would be their “mission call” on a constant basis.

It definitely wasn’t fun around school time…

People grow up thankfully.

And so grow up I did. I outgrew the funny shirt designs that were stuck in my wardrobe, (most of them being worn only one time).

A lot of the colors were really flashy too. It felt like they were dressing up a doll for a play…

Anyhow, I now have a new shirt collection, and on top of that, a new set of standards on what to get and what not to get.

Isn’t placing rules on clothing a little too much?

Never. Clothes are vital to forming your persona. You know the quote “Clothes don’t make the man?” I’ll be the first to call it a load of dung.

We live in an age where people have low attention spans. People don’t like to communicate. People are overstimulated by visuals. Visuals have become astaple today.

If you dress bad, you either don’t attract the respect you deserve, or you get mocked.

And you need to stop making excuses about “dressing to be free-spirited” and “comfort in clothing” and all that. No! You do that at home.

To simply put, “Clothes make the man.” You need to dress sharp and dress well.

So what are some basic rules for picking proper shirts?

Oh, you’re getting a new collection? Congratulations. Here are the rules.

• New collection T shirt designs should be simple.

• Dress for your size.

Yes, they’re only 2 rules. You would be surprised how many people break them.

Let’s start with T Shirt designs. Most people crave attention. Most people don’t have the voice or courage to make a statement about their character.

So they use T shirt designs to do that. (A lot of them are corny by the way).

A good example of that would be “I’m with Stupid.” It’s a perfectly honest example.

If you’re asking about my need for attention… I don’t. I don’t need attention myself. I had plenty of it growing up, ha-ha.

The second thing is, dress for your size. Don’t dress for comfort, or dress baggy.

And don’t be ridiculous and try to dress like a rap artist, unless you’re one yourself.

Above all, don’t dress to hide that blubber. Lose weight if you need to, then come and pick a new shirt collection. And hey, the money spent on shirts is a guarantee that you won’t go through a weight gain/loss cycle again.

You need to dress like a man. You need a good shirt collection for men.
