New Longines DolceVita Automatic in Art Deco style

Longines has updated its DolceVita collection of elegant classic watches. The new DolceVita Automatic Art-Deco features a sector dial with crosshairs that imbues the watch with Art Deco aesthetics. The new model is inspired by watches from the 1920s.

The Longines DolceVita collection is less known and not as popular as, for example, Heritage. Longines DolceVita captures the classic taste of the 1920s and 1930s. Watches of this time were produced in the Art Deco style, which is characterized by geometric shapes, clear lines and angles, stepped shapes and contrasting colors.

Until 2021, the rectangular case fake watches in the Longines DolceVita collection feature skeletonized guilloché dials, slender Roman numerals or diamond hour markers. For the 2021 model, the brand redesigned the dial to enhance the retro feel of Art Deco style.

In other respects, the 2021 model remains faithful to the Longines DolceVita Automatic collection. The watch case, 28.20 mm wide and 47 mm high, is made of polished steel. The dial is protected by a curved sapphire crystal. The back cover is solid, made of steel and decorated with an engraved brand logo.
