Do We Unlock the Answer to Aging?

Anti-aging has been a hot issue over the years in modern medical science. But do we unlock the answer to aging? The answer should be definitely no. Yet, there is no an all-rounded explanation why our bodies get old and weak, or a solution that can high-effectively fight against aging. But we can always make advantages of the science advancements in this aspect when they are can be chased in our daily lives. Like for resveratrol, we can eat the foods that contain the compound to keep younger at least in altitude, though the dose from food may be far not enough for reaching the effect of anti-aging or slow aging. But it counts by helping us hold an expecting mood. There are many likely foods.
