Accessories for PEX and the Automatic Control of Thermostatic Mixing

Thermostatic mixing valve functions

The Thermostatic mixing valves mixes both hot and cold water with the temperature variation of at least 7° to obtain the water to be at stabilizing temperature. It is responsible for temperature variation and pressure variation. It regulates the inlet valve of both cold and hot water to compensate and regulate for the pressure variations. It operates depending on the set point display on the handle, which automatically manages the inlet of cold and hot water and it is carried out totally by internal thermostat. If there is variation in the pressure, the temperature also vary in the mixing chamber and the adjustment is carried out within two seconds. More over, no water is wasted during the fault and trail, when adjusting the temperature. It assists the system components such as seats and solenoid valves are less encrusted and  tap heads make sure of long term service life of all piping equipments.
