Foundation of Worship

Worship has played a central role in people’s lives since the beginning of human history. Muhammadanism, the other name of Islam society believes that God is one and incomparable. The History of Islam deals the political, social, economic and cultural developments in the areas ruled by Muslim society or by being influenced by the religion of Islam. Muslim believes that God looks at people’s hearts and worship must be performed with the pure purpose of pleasing God. The concept of worship in Islam motivates people to connect with God in any action that the person take so that the person gains a sense of true peace and can lead a purposeful life.

Certain core rituals form the form the basis of a Muslim’s worship of God. The rites of Worship include Quran which the Muslim believes to be the concluding revolution of God to Humanity as it provides guidance in all areas of life. Prayer, which Muslims enjoys offering throughout the day. Mosques, which is well known as the house of worship in Islam and many others such as Ramadan, Charity, Hajj, and Holy days consisting Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha.

Gods 99 Names

Allah has described himself through his names and nature in the Quran. According to Hadith, there is a special group of 99 names of Allah which according to Islamic tradition is said to have been invoked by a number of times by Muhammad and some of which are kept hidden from the mankind. The study of each name leads one to constantly better their actions. The primary names of Allah precisely deal with Mercy which has elements of kindness, gentleness, sympathy, and love with it. The various names of Allah are used for various works depending on the Quranic usage.

God's Attributes and Pillars of Islam

The attributes of God has a practical indication in the day to day life of various types of individual, which provides a base for humanity to come together. The oneness of God leads to a oneness of humanity which removes all the barriers of race, tribe, caste and any other sense of superiority. There are five basic acts of Islam known as the Five Pillars of Islam consisting of Faith, Prayer, Charity, Fasting and Pilgrimage to Mecca and are considered very important by Islamic believers and depicts the basic foundation of Muslim. They believe in all the Prophets of God without any bias and thus God is believed to be the sole creator of everything in this Universe.
