The floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Use the muscles of your chest to lift the dumbbells toward the ceiling and make them touch one another. Go down the dumbbells to the starting position slowly and smoothly. Do 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions, 3 to 5 times per week. Pumps: Put yourself on your hands and knees. Use your arms and your chest to return to the original position. Keep your back straight and your hips height so that your body remains aligned.
