Plastic-lined pipe installation process

After selecting the pipe to be installed and making the corresponding preparations, you can start the installation of the pipe.

First, check whether the pipe to be installed is intact. If any problems are found, replace it in time.

Then, install the inlet and outlet parts of equipment such as pumps and kettles, complete the installation of pup joints, valves and elbows, and then pre-install the pipe; then, carry out formal assembly, and tighten the flanges evenly and symmetrically; finally, carefully check the assembled pipes.

In addition to complying with general assembly rules, the system must also be tested for tightness according to the manufacturer's requirements (the pass rate of each project acceptance must reach 100%).
