Wedge wire screens are made by resistance welding V-wires onto support rods. The wedge wires are arranged in parallel at equal intervals to form evenly spaced and continuous slots. It provides customers with highly accurate flow distribution and effective media, debris, and sediment filtration.

The V-wire is wound vertically and welded to the support rod. The support rod can be reinforced to handle strong pressure demands. Both the V-wire and the support rod are optional.

Wedge wire screens are available and customizable in solid, liquid, and gas separation applications. Wedge wire screens can control volume flow, minimum size media retention, minimum open area, and fluid pressure capabilities.
