How To Dress Up For The Denver Halloween Costume Ball?

Posted by Paranormal Palace on September 28th, 2016

The Denver Halloween Costume Ball is one must-attend celebration every October. It is not just about the perfectly organized and managed parts of the event but also the great drinks and food that are served to the guests. It is wise to make your bookings while there is still time because the tickets tend to sell out pretty fast and you may end up regretting that procrastination later. Once everything is in place, you should put in some good effort into deciding out of the many options for Halloween adult costumes that are out there.

You could go the experimental and fun way or you could keep it classy and closer to the spooky theme. That latter may seem a little challenging given the trend of drifting away from the main essence of Halloween but it is not half as difficult to achieve that classy look. Read on for some good inspiration.

1.Attend the ball in a group, dressed as the cast of a movie:
Halloween gets better when you are in a group of your close friends and if you all have common liking for a particular movie or a TV show, you all can go out dressed as if your favorite role.

2.Take inspiration from old classics:
Remember the gothic era and how classy the villains used to be? Famous books and drama had at least one character that would be menacing in an endearing way, all because of the air of sophisticated mystery that hung around them. Why not replicate one of those looks?

3.Dress up as celebrities:
This never fails. You can be your favorite celebrity icon at least for one night by either sporting their signature style or a particular look that you fancy. This includes dressing up as old or new pop stars, actors and even politicians and the heads of state.

4.Wear a mysterious superhero costume:
Just avoid wearing anything that is too bright. The idea is to keep it dark and mysterious so of course, superheroes like Batman are a good idea. If you are more inclined towards the darker side, go for a Joker or a Cat Woman costume and it would be even better.

5.Be a decent serial killer:
Just remember to not overdo it. So, it would be best to pick a serial killer from history who was known dress really well or one who seemed to be more like a non-killer personality which made him or her all the more terrifying.
