The process of creating an ideal Blue Lion brand was arduous. However, the teams had daring confidence. They also combined diligence and intelligence leading to the fruition of the project.

To ensure the Bavarian identity or authenticity, the ingredients used in making this beer including malt, barley and hops were sourced from Munich in Germany. This led to a final beer recipe comprising of 95 percent malt as well as 5 percent rice. The beer boasts of floral and citrus notes with a slightly sweeter and less bitter finish. For a crisper, purer and larger style to be achieved, water was included in the brewing process. This water is passed through a sophisticated 0.0014 micron system for liquid filtration.
