How to Choose the Right CNC Router Machine

Step 1. Determine axes quantity:
According to the shape of the final working sample and your budget, choose the axis quantity of the processing requirement: 3 axis, 3 axis with rotary system, 4 axis or 5 axis cnc router machine.

Step 2. Choose machine type:
According to different material, choose the corresponding machine type: woodworking cnc router, stone engraving machine,foam or EPS cnc router or advertising cnc router.

Step 3. Determine spindle power:
The spindle power is decided by the required maximum cutting thickness and the material hardness.

Step 4. Confirm machine size:
The machine size could be decided by the material size(length, width and thickness) and the size of your workshop.

Step 5. Confirm machine function:
The function is actually decided by its configuration. We have standard machine with standard configuration, which could be found in our products list. Besides, we could also offer OEM machine which could meet special requirements. The main concerning optional parts are control system(Ncstudio, DSP or Syntec control system), spindle(air cooling spindle or water cooling spindle) and motor(stepper motor or servo motor) etc.

Step 6. Choose other optional parts or configuration:
For example, ATC (automatic tool changing system) function will meet the processing purpose which need several cutting tools. Dust collector will collect much wood dust or other processing garbage in avoid of environmental pollution. Cooling system is necessary if the material is hard, like aluminum and brass etc.
