There are some ways to prevent from such problems. If Lexmark technical support can not solve your problem then try to solve this problem by downloading Czech language version of vista driver, this may solve this problem. Remove all XP drivers first and then install vista drivers from the website. Install driver detective as this will tell you that which drivers are compatible with windows vista. Simple way is to disconnect printer from pc and uninstall current printer driver, go to program files and delete any folder for Lexmark printer (if there is one),  reboot and reinstall new vista drivers, reconnect your printer to pc when asked so that setup automatically recognizes your printer model and then setup will continue and finish. This is the simplest way to avoid these problems.
