Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket. Because one of the main components is alumina, and alumina is the main component of ceramic, so it is called ceramic fiber blanket. Ceramic fiber blanket is made by special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament with a special double-sided acupuncture process. Double-sided acupuncture process greatly improved the degree of fiber interwoven, tensile strength and surface roughness. Fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder, that is to make sure the ceramic fiber blanket have good stability at high temperature or low temperature.

Ceramic fiber blanket, with white color, regular size, does not contain any binding agent, and the refractory temperature is 950-1400 Degrees Celsius. It has low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent chemical stability, thermal shock resistance, tensile strength, and sound absorption. In neutral, oxidizing atmosphere, ceramic fiber blanket still could maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure after long-term use, is an excellent insulating material.

Ceramic fiber blanket can be used in aerospace, steel, petrochemical high temperature insulation; military equipment fire insulation; industrial kiln, heating device wall lining insulation; high temperature equipment insulation; high temperature pipe insulation; electrical components thermal resistance; raw material of gasket; module, folding block.
