I went for it to pay for the trial serum was charged and then charged again for another I did get 0 of my money back but I am out and for Kiara Collagen Serum and another for shipping back other product thatwashipped automatically. I turned them in the the BBB but I sent a certifiied letter to the only address that I could find but suppposedly it wasn’t the correct company. WhateverI was duped too, I thought I was getting a free sample and the next thing my account was charged , the representatives are rude and evasive, they would not give me a refund whether I liked the product or not, or because I hadn’t really ordered it, I’ve since filed a claim with my bank.
