Illumination serves two purpose,  the obvious one is that it provides light when it is dark. Second, it adds an element of luxury to your interiors and the outdoors as well. Illumination shouldn’t stop with your interior needs. The goodness should be extended to the outdoors as well. It creates as appealing aura in your outdoors which can then function as a venue for a variety of celebrations.

The backyard story
Most independent houses have backyards and some even have front yards. In any case, the outdoor spaces like these offer a beautiful area to enjoy a weekend gathering complemented by a few drinks and delicious food. Outdoor LED light fixtures will enhance the beauty of the occasion as the venue would seem like a professionally rented space.

The extended beauty
Picture yourself standing in your front yard which is adorned by the beautiful plantations and trees. If your walkway is lined by a set of amazing LED lights the whole landscape would be illuminated, appearing to be a set of a movie. The lights piercing through the darkness would highlight the flowers and the leaves in a way that it would extend their natural beauty to the night too.

LED Outdoor Lights = Savings
The biggest concern of people using outdoor flood lights for illumination is the high electricity bill that comes attached with them. To answer this concern, the lighting industry has come up with  LED outdoor flood light fixtures that are not only better on the brightness quotient, but are way better at saving electricity from being overused.

- In comparison, a LED flood light consumes only 10% of the total power consumed by a typical incandescent flood light. This is due to the fact that a conventional flood light has much higher wattage than a LED light.

- The brightness of the lights is expressed in terms of ‘Lumens’. Based on the Lumens factor, a modern LED light will save approximately 85% electricity consumption. A 150 watt incandescent flood light puts out around 1700 lumens. Whereas, a LED light puts out approximately 1200 lumens. There is a difference of 500 lumens, but the end result is same if not better when you use the latter.

The lighting industry is developing such sophisticated lighting systems that are not only light on the wallet, but are easy to install too. With the LED landscape lighting kits, ready-to-use package containing all the necessary parts for installation, putting up these lights is a breeze of a task.
