House flipping is an art of making money by the real estate agents. NEARBY PLACES:    Schools, parks, and markets places should not be far away from the house. The house should also be close to your home if you want to make lots of renovations. You can also hire fix and flip contractors for the job, and they will do all the renovations for you while you manage the buying and selling of the house.
