The flag is rectangular in shape and is filled with another rectangle that covers up its inside top left corner. The inside rectangle is blue in color with fifty white color stars inside it. With this, the outer square contains eleven stripes and that too in the parallel fashion. The red and white colored stripes are placed alternatively, that is, one being white and then one being red.

With this, the entire background is of white color.
