Enjoy a Vacation in Beautiful Spain

Running of the bulls, delicious cuisine, unique landscapes, and fiestas are a few things that makes Spain a fantastic vacation destination. People can tour the entire country and continue to be amazed with each new village, town, and city that they enter. Especially since each one may seem more charming and beautiful than the one before. When planning a trip to Spain, there are several sightseeing destinations that all travelers should consider visiting.

lhambra is a fortress and palace that looms over Granada. The original building was built in 889 AD, but each successive ruler added on to the palace until it grew to the size it is today. On a tour, people will see not only grand ceilings and immense halls, but also marble fountains, royal baths, and pomegranate gardens.

Each island of the Balearic Islands is unique in its own way and most people like to island hop from one to another to experience them all. People who like to party will love the atmosphere of the party island of Ibiza while calm and serenity can be found on the island of Menorca. Last but not least, the mountain top viewsfromMallorca and Formentera have nothing but beautiful beaches.

Toledo cannot be explored in a weekend, but there are a few places that people can visit to at least know that they need to return at another time. A couple of the must-see sights are the Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca, the Cathedral, and the Alcántara Bridge.

ParcGüell is a beautiful park that is filled with gardens and architectural elements designed by Antoni Gaudi. The colors and shapes of the mosaics that were used are amazing and everyone who visits will want to take their time in order to fully appreciate the immense beauty of it all.

Anyone who wants an action-packed vacation will want to stay in Seville for a few days, because this is where multiple festivals are and the nightlife is lively and continuous. For a little downtime, some people may want to visit the Real Alcazar palace and the luxurious gardens that surround it. Everyone knows who Christopher Columbus is and it is believed that he is buried at the Cathedral of Seville.

Las Ramblas is a street that is lined with markets and cafes and visitors enjoy roaming the street because they do not need to worry about cars or other vehicles in their way.

Spain is a fabulous country to visit and travellers will love every city, town, and village. Almost everyone will find that they will need to return in the future, because it is not possible to see even a fraction of the country in only a week or two.
