GREEN TEA: A SMALL STEP TOWARDS HEALTHY LIFE

'TEA' is one of the most important parts of our daily life, where our day starts with a cup of tea and sometimes even ends with it. Choice of having tea can be different from the quantity of milk, sugar to the brand of tea he/she likes to experience. There are various brands serving different types of taste and quality to public. But above all this, there is a name which makes your daily routine healthier and tastier.  The name is  'Green Tea'.

Green tea is one of the tastiest path of a healthy living where taste and medicine work together to serve world's most easier lighten beverage. This is quite different from oolong tea as it is made up of Camellia Sinensis (whose leafs are used for making tea) without applying the process of withering and oxidation.
