Home Loan Documents for Self Employed

Loan Form: Filled up bank’s Property Loan  application form with passport size photographs affixed.

Identity Proof Any One KYC Documents – Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN.

Residential Address Proof Any One – Leave and License/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill (up to 3 months old), Passport.

Income Proof Documents – 2 years Audited Financials

6 months Bank Statement. Last 3 years’ Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c Statements, with Annexures / Schedules (Attested by CA).

Last 3 years’ Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c Statements, with Annexures / Schedules (Attested by CA).

Copy of Income Tax, PAN, TAN (If applicable).

Proof of residence or office ownership.

Proof of continuity of business.

Office address proof.

Other Mandatory Documents

Declaration and documents clearly stating the end use of the home loan.

Own Contribution Proof.
