Blepharoplasty or an eyelid lift is the procedure to remove or add the skin or to remove fat in the eyelids. The word “eyelid lift” is the misnomer, why because the eyelid is not fully lifted at the time of surgery. Upper Blepharoplasty surgery allows for skin and fat removal in the upper eye lid.
