4 Spinach Crepes with Cherry Tomatoes and Ricotta: While preparing the batter for the crepe, add spinach to French crepe mix and salt according to taste. Make the crepes till golden brown. For filling, take a skillet, add olive oil and heat it. Sauté garlic and tomatoes and sprinkle it with basil and black pepper.  In another bowl, mix ricotta, basil and parmesan cheese. Add the cheese mix on a crepe, add tomato mixture and fold the crepes. Heat on the girdle and serve hot.


5 Smoked Salmon Crepe Topped with Caviar: If you want to impress your special someone, then serve them with this awesome version of basic crepe. Not only classy, this one is healthy as well. Take a bowl and mix together lime zest, lime juice, dill and crème fraîche. Warm a crepe on a girdle and spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly along with smoked salmon. Add another crepe, layer with the mixture and salmon. Repeat till you have a stack of at least ten crepes and five layers of salmon. Top with the finest quality of caviar and dill. Serve with chilled red wine.
