In the past few years, there has been a massive increase in the number of people wanting to invest money abroad and the best way to do so by purchasing a property that can help them earn a good amount of additional income along with growing price of that property. And when investing in property, most of the people prefer buying it in Turkey specifically in Istanbul because of the kind perks it has on offer. Acquisition of holiday homes is always on the higher side in Istanbul because renting a house in Istanbul is pretty easy and yields a decent amount of money.

Why Istanbul?

Istanbul rental income is expected to increase as it has been for the past few years and in the coming year, there is no real reason to say that it won't continue to so in a similar way. Even though investors should capitalize in locations that are known for yielding rents as not all the places produce the same rental income.

Deciding On the Right Location

Purchasing an Apartment in Istanbul has always been an excellent choice for financiers provided the criteria are met. The criteria being, investing in the right development, in the right location as well as disbursing the true worth, it is a critical aspect as most of the people invest and never get the earnings they were told or sold to be more accurate. Istanbul is similar to any other principal city anywhere in the world; it has its sites where everybody wants to purchase a property and parts wherein no one desires to buy or live.

Go For the Outskirts

An apartment in Taksim seen as the most wanted place to buy a house in Istanbul, but once investors see the prices they move there focus towards other parts of the metropolis. The more expected areas for investing are Esenyurt, Buyukcekmece, and Bahcesehir, which are on the outskirts of the city center and offer more options within most financiers’ budgets. Then on the Asian side of the urban, there is Pendik close to the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport and Kadikoy that offers more realistic prospects with regards to the pricing. For higher priced properties on the Asian side then Uskadar has to be a thoughtful consideration with its closeness to the city and forward-facing sea properties. So, take a decision depending on your budget and all the other requirements.
