Melamine foam is open-cell foam made from melamine resins.  Any melamine resin product is fire retardant. Melamine foam is "naturally" fire retardant with no need to add additives. In some hygiene places, flame retardant additives is not allowed since the additive is volatile and harmful.

When it comes to fire, melamine foam generates low smoke and drops. It meets the class A fire retardant requirements. As fireproof foam, melamine foam also has excellent sound and thermal insulation properties. The Noise Reduction Co-efficiency of melamine foam reaches 0.95 and the thermal conductivity reaches 0.034 W/(m·K).

With all the properties of fire retardant, soundproofing, thermal insulation, melamine foam provide solutions for places where many conditions need to be improved.

Melamine thermal foam size and shipping:

As manufacturer, we provide custom sizes and shapes of melamine foam. The regular export size is melamine foam bulks. We also provide trimmed sheets, boards, slabs and other shapes.
