Eye brows are arguably the most important facial feature. Not only they frame your face but also define your facial expressions and help you talk through your face. For example, to show that you are shocked without talking, you can simply raise your eyebrows and your eyes become big, giving the perfect shocked look. It does not matter if you like them arched, straight, bold or feathered, having the perfect eye brows is every woman's dream. Not all are gifted with thick bushy eyebrows and some people have lost their brows through chemo, trichotillomania or alopecia. It is really important for them to have their eyebrows reconstructed so that they can feel confident again. There are a lot of eyebrow products that are available in the market like eyebrow pencil, plucker, brow gels, fillers and creams. However all these offer temporary solutions and you have to do everything again every day. To save yourself from the tedious task of correcting your eyebrows every morning, a more semi permanent method is microblading.

What is microblading?
Microblading, also known by a variety of names such as eyebrow embroidery, micro stroking, feather touch and hair like strokes is a form of permanent makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of simulated hair using fine deposits of cosmetic tattoo pigments. It is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, or fill-in over plucked brows. It is for anyone who wants to enhance or reconstruct their eye brows. Some people confuse microblading procedure with that of tattooing. But it is very different and the results normally last between one to three years depending on individuals. During the microblading process a special microblading pen is used to draw on individual strokes one by one and the shape of the eyebrow is defined. Microblading procedure uses a fine scalpel-type blade to apply the ink rather than a traditional needle, allowing the practitioner to create a natural-looking brow with short, ultra-fine micro lines that look like individual hair. The blade implants the colour closer to the surface of the outer layer of the skin, meaning the strokes are crisp and fine. The fine lines can be applied in the same direction of hair growth, resulting in an appearance that’s as close to a natural brow as it gets.
