Capture the patient’s response automatically and deliver it to the Appointment Scheduler with our Lighthouse 360 integration. DOM and Lighthouse 360 offer complete, customized two-way communication, automatically updating the confirmation status of patients as they confirm appointments via email response, text message reply, or automated phone call action.

Auto-scaling of scheduler display larger monitors and higher display resolution allow more columns to be viewed at one time — with the potential to see an entire week for multiple providers on a single screen. If the selections won’t fit on the screen, scroll bars are provided to move up/down and left/right. In any case, key appointment information is always indicated, and color coding of both appointments and hour classifications allow a quick glance to see what is going on at any time.
