Copper Nickel Alloy WirePosted by taeminjiayuan on April 4th, 2017 Copper Nickel Alloy is mainly made of copper and nickel. The copper and nickel can be melted together no matter what percentage. Normally the resistivity of CuNi alloy will be higher if the Nickel content is larger than Copper content. From CuNi6 to CuNi44, the resistivity is from 0.1μΩm to 0.49μΩm. That will help the resistor manufacture choosing the most suitable alloy wire. By the way, the Copper Nickel wire is easy to be welded and easy to be fabricated, so it can be made into many forms and widely used in all areas. Ohmalloy provide the copper nickel grade alloy as follows: Copper Nickel Alloy, Karma Alloy and Copper Manganese (Manganin) Alloy Data Sheet:
The available dia for CuNi2 and CuNi6 is 0.1mm to 8mm. company: phone:021-66796338 email:sales@ohmalloy.com contact:Michael Qiu website:http://www.alloywirecable.com/product/copper-nickel-alloy-wire.html Like it? Share it!More by this author |
