Video Measurement System, Slow-Feeding Linear Cutting Machine, Drying line and tap printing machine etc .Our mold tolerance is up to 0.02mm and the plastic parts tolerance is up to 0.2mm. We also passed the quality and process registrations and certifications ISO 9001:2008.

Saio with complete project management, We can supply whole-chain service from mold design,mold make,molding,assembly,printing to packing and shipping. We are capable of supporting the engineering efforts by assisting with your design for plastic injection molding, reversing existing parts. Before mold production, we can create free DFM /IAR, including mold gate, ejection, parting line, draft angle, cavity ID, potential issue analysis and solving solutions. During production, weekly progress report and pictures will be sent each week.
