Make Your Own Health Boosting Tonic Using Wisconsin Ginseng

Did you know that you can cook a perfect natural alternative for battling allergies? The said alternative also acts as a wonderful replacement for sugar alcohols, damaging additives and fake sugars. And the best part is that you don’t need to put in any complicated efforts when preparing the infusion. All you need is some honey, hot water, sliced organic ginger and Wisconsin ginseng.

Ginseng and ginger are known for their amazing health benefits and anti-allergy properties. Regular consumption of these roots can contribute towards making drastic improvements in your health and well being. And then, there is honey that is known to be an essential ingredient in many traditional medicines and home remedies. Combining these wonder foods in the right ways is the trick to brewing your own health tonic that you can sip on every day. Here is how to do it.

Start with placing the ginseng and ginger in an appropriately big container. You can get an American ginseng special jumbo root 8oz bag x3 and keep it stored so that you can keep using it as and when you need to make a fresh dose of the tonic. An old honey jar would also do if you are confused about it or can’t find the ideal container easily. Fill this container with hot water and add two to three big spoonfuls of honey to it. Stir it good so that everything mixes up uniformly.

Pour this liquid into cups and sip directly, just like green tea. In case you would prefer a colder version, let it cool down and then refrigerate it for a few hours. You can then use a bit, about quarter of a cup, of the tonic and mix it in a glass of water for a cooler and milder taste. Sip on this regularly as it would help you stay safe from allergies and give a boost to your physical vitality. If you feel like experimenting, you can also give it a new twist by heating sugar and honey with green tea that has already been steeped for an hour. Add lemon juice to the mix followed by the ginseng. If you are using this alternative method, make sure you give it a good stir so that all the ingredients can dissolve well. Have it warm or let it cool down and then refrigerate it before you find it better for drinking.
