Do you remember cause and effect themes in literature? How they are placed in an exact juxtaposition that readers can easily understand what would have happened that result in _ _ _ any particular condition. The day when I entered into achallenging phase of life whether academically or professionally; I learned how this concept of cause and effect really does exist in our practical life.

This cause and effect theory exist in our life in form of getting fail and learn. I can also reword my experience in a way that “I failed and learn how to become perfect” -  yes you got it right. This phenomenon is something that passes through every individual’s life in some aspect, if they have an optimistic approach to proceed in life, they can take failure as an opportunity in disguise.

If we talk about failure and fear of getting fail in our major points of life, then it’s an undeniable fact that this fear is the strongest force that holds people back from achieving their true potential. On your way to thedestination, there will be many obstacles. The more you’ll dare tofollow a goal, the more it’ll become hard to achieve.

As it is said that “every cloud has a silver lining” so we’ll discuss this blog how optimistic people can turn the table of their life by taking failure as a disguise to opportunity, and how they can find that silver lining in every cloud of failure.

Howfailureisn'tnecessarily a failure?

The one line answer to this question is well answered by  Chris Brad Ford in his golden words;

There is no failure except in no longer trying”

Successful industrialistsand other workers in various fields realize that failure isn’t necessarily a failure. Why? Because a failure person learned those valuable lessons from their experience which they could never learn from any business class or Ph.D. program.

In fact, There are some venture capitalists who won't put resources into any business person that doesn't have no less than one fizzled business under his or her belt.

How is Failure Beneficial?

You can never get close to success instantly, until and unless you didn’t embrace theexperience of getting failed once in your lifetime. It enables you to learn from your mistakes and endow yourself with more wisdom and confidence to face your next challenge as Winston Churchill said;

 “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

How can you make the most of it?

The word Failure is considered to be an abusage in today’s world, but if you dive into the depth of this word, it’s actually a great chance to avail and fix your flaws to move in life. Following are the few ways how you can make the most of it.

Hard times makes you stronger

Have you ever noticed in your professional or academic period in life “This last month has changed a lot in me, I discover my hidden skills”No? That’s because you grow in the calm, not in thestorm. The talent or ability to take every failure in the progress is an important asset in any organization.

Staying in comfortable zone for too long does not only cease your productivity, but it also restricts you from developingnew skills.

You treat the past as over and future as subtle

Everyhindrancein your way is an opportunity to improve the way you do things. Once you start believing in what the present is offering you, you become more focused on making the most of your opportunities.

This means that you have to act for the present moment, which is all that you have in front of you. In the event that you let your past disappointments come in your state of mind emphatically for what's to come, you would be constantly haunted by what obstacles may occur in future.
