Make products that use natural and organic materials. Similarly, use and produce products that can be easily recycled. In addition, analyze your business activities and see whether you can avoid ones that are harming the environment in some or the other way. Maybe you can reduce your air travels and conduct your interstate or international meetings via conference calls. Something or the other that shows your responsible nature towards the society and environment is a welcoming gesture that not only keeps you in good stead, but also encourages other businesses to start doing the same.

But, if you are making such a unique effort, you would most likely want to receive some sort of recognition. A certificate or an award for natural and organic products or something of the sort that identifies you going that extra mile for the environment will only make you continue or better your efforts. Recognition and awards are always welcomed. They also help in marketing you as an environmentally sustainable company, something that can keep you in the good books of your customers.
