Mainly use in Nylon pretreatment process. For oil removing: 1-3gL For oil staining: 3-6g/L (When oil pollution is serious, can add 1-2 g/l sodium carbonate that can get better effect.

1. Suitable to all alkali-minimization accelerant of polyester fiber and achieved energy-efficient and complied to environment protection requirement. 2. Especial for alkali-minimization accelerant of polyester yarn and peluche fourrure with excellent effect.
【Application】
Q-12: 3-5g/L NaOH:10g/L Temperature & time: 20-60 minutes
Procedure:
Alkali-minimization accelerant → hot water washing →saoping (85 degree centigrade,20mins) → hot water washing → washing → dry
Directly add to high effective oil removal agent scouring and bleaching.(Best effect in alkali situation.)
