1.Real measurements, drawing and recording the size → confirming color with the customers, edge type→drawing→cutting with marble machines→grinding edge with special milling machine→drying and cleaning the edge→painting the Quartz stone adhesive→fixed with special clamping fixture→cleaning the spare adhesive and water sanding→polishing→inspection the size.

2. Edge grinding and chamfering with hard diamond chip mill, the chip mill mesh is 50#, 150#, 300#, and milling from #50 to #300; then polishing, first to use 500#chip mill, following with 1000#, 2000#, 3000# to polish. Attention the diamond sawing knife should be hard. Sawing knife size is 3 inch or 4 inch, could be used according to the requirements.
