1.Our production line is auto-casting production lines. As you know, the auto-casting production lines requests the resin content rate of the raw material is higher than that one for the manual production line. Otherwise, the resin content rate is lower, the raw material will not easier to towards to the production line. As the resin cost is the major cost part of the solid surface sheet. This is one reason why our solid surface sheet price is higher than many other factories and manufacturers.

2.Our ATH is real ATH, not the calcium powder. The mineral filler of our solid surface sheet is real ATH. But some factories, in case of save cost, they will use calcium powder for mineral filler to be instead of ATH, as ATH price is higher than calcium powder. This is the one reason why our solid surface sheet price is higher than many other factories and manufacturers.

3.Our solid surface sheet contains many kinds of auxiliary agent, which will increase the performance of the solid surface sheet. Though the auxiliary agent content is not high and the cost is minor part. But also it is another reason why our solid surface sheet price is higher than many other factories and manufacturers.
