Certain team members can play a bigger part than the others but it does not mean that one should ignore the contribution of the minor players in the team. The team leader should have the capacity to inspire people through his words as well as his deeds. This is one of the secrets of effective communication.
In this age of social media interactions, people are slowly losing the art of effective communication. The social media has invaded our lives to such an extent that people living in the same house wish each other’s birthday through social media interactions rather than just extending a hand and wishing him personally. It is not that social media is evil or anything of that sort. It is an important medium of communication. However, a personal touch is always a great feeling every time.
