Picaridin bug spray in Canada

Hello,

         Has anyone been able to find reasonably priced picaridin-based bug spray in Canada? I can't find it anywhere locally, and amazon.ca charges for a 4-oz bottle as opposed to for that same bottle on amazon.com. 

This stuff is approved for sale in Canada, I just can't find it anywhere.
