Granular Acetylene Carbon Black

Granular acetylene carbon black is high quality carbon black made of acetylene carbon black. Nature: non-toxic, tasteless, pure black particles, carbon black primary particle size of 40nm. It doesn’t dissolve in water, acid or alkali, and can burn in the air. Its main component is elemental carbon, and also contains a small amount of hydrogen, oxygen, sulfur and ash.

Granular acetylene carbon black has all the advantages of acetylene carbon black powder: small mass, light weight proportion, strong branch structure, large specific surface area, stable chemical property, good surface activity, high conductivity, high purity, low ash and volatilization content. In addition, compared with small acetylene black powder, granular carbon black is small in size, easy to transport, saves transportation costs; it brings little dust pollution, helps improve application environment and reduce environmental pollution; favorable mobility and dispersion and so on.

Granular acetylene carbon black is mainly used in:

1.Conductive, anti-static rubber, silicone and plastic: the small ratio, good reinforcement, corrosion resistance, good processability, easy to control the conductivity. Conductive silicone rubber and plastic have been widely used in the modern industry. They are mainly used in electronic equipment switch electric shock, liquid crystal display, coal mine transportation tape, mine air duct, laser printer, electrostatic copier anti-static roller, carpets, anti-static plastic sheet in the hospital operating room, the hose in medical machinery, anti-static flooring in electronic production, gloves, wrist, carpets, air (aircraft) tire surface, labor protection products, anti-static safety helmet, safety shoes etc.

2.Tire capsule: It plays a role in reinforcing and thermal conductivity. The vulcanized rubber reinforced with it boasts high tensile strength and hardness as well as good physical properties.

3.High-voltage cables, cable shielding materials, accessories and packaging materials: Smear it to the cable insulation layer as cable shielding layer. On one hand, it can reduce cable internal transmission signal leakage, reduce external electromagnetic radiation pollution, and make the information more confidential; on the other hand, it can effectively prevent the external electromagnetic environment from interfering the cable signal, and ensure quality of signal transmission.
