After totally get rid of SiO2 from the arc furnace, the melt molten state of zirconium oxide dump out from the arc furnace, and by compressed air blowing zirconium oxide ball.

The electric melting method is characterized by low cost, stable product performance, less energy consumption, less pollution and simple process. Fused bubble zirconia is widely applied in casing zirconia-alumina refractory materials, refractory brick, ceramics, glass furnace, electronics, metallurgy, machinery, chemical and other industries. It can improve the content of ZrO2 of zirconium corundum brick, aluminum zirconium eutectoid, and significantly increase exudation temperature and erosion of zirconium corundum brick. Furthermore, fused zirconium could prolong more than doubled service life of the glass kiln.
