Yttrium stabilized zirconium has superior thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, good chemical stability features, and Ysz thermal conductivity is lowest but thermal expansion coefficient is close to metal materials.3% mol Yttria Stabilized compound other materials such as Al2O3 and SiO2, which could greatly improve the performance of material parameters, the fracture toughness, flexural strength, etc. In order to improve the performance of ceramics, 3mol Yttria Stabilized is sprayed to granulated by advanced high-speed centrifugal scatter method, the advantages of product are good dispersion and liquidity, very small microscopic grains, uniform the grain size distribution, no agglomeration, is good for molding and pressing of the ceramic, increase the density of ceramics. So after through dry pressing molding and isostatic pressing molding of ceramic green body is with high density and strength, smooth surface, uniform inside and outside, not easy break and low porosity.
