Fix Quickbooks Error C=343 While Opening Company File with Quickbooks Support

Today in this Article I will help user to get rid of error coming c=343 when user try to open company file and he/she gets this message and can’t go further to use anything in company file this may cause due to damage of few extension files or dll files might not be in working condition or most of the time it has also been noticed this error comes when there are no updates done in Quickbooks software. Below are the steps to Resolve this error with the help of Quickbooks Support.

1. User wants to make sure if his/her Quickbooks Desktop software is currently installed with the latest updates

2. To check about update on Quickbooks user need to use his keyboard and press the F2 key to get the Information

3. If Quickbooks is not installed with its latest update then will recommend you to go to Help at the top right side corner and select update Quickbooks and then click on Update now

4. Once you are done with the updates close your Quickbooks Software or Restart your Machine

5. Right click on Quickbooks Application and then choose open file location option once you enter in the folder navigate to Reboot and double click on it

6. Check if Any Protection is Installed on the Machine which is blocking to Open File without error message

7. Check if Quickbooks Software has got  all administrative right on machine or not, To check this User need to right click on Quickbooks Application and select Properties at the bottom and then see if proper right have been given to the Software or not

8. Check if Machine has Proper configuration available or not May be most of the time Ram is occupied and has no space left in machine due to which user has to face couple of issues with their Software Application

9. Repair Quickbooks Software through control panel and then go to Programs and Features and then select Quickbooks and double click on it and it will ask you with two different options one is Uninstall and other is Repair choose Repair, Once repair is done then remember to close Quickbooks and restart again and check it still gives u error

10. Click on Desktop Quickbooks Icon once it opens up don’t get in to Company file first, choose to open sample file to check whether Sample file is giving you the same error or not
