OPC do not need any second member compulsorily.OPC was introduced in Companies act, 2013.OPC can have single person as director and shareholder. It also requires lesser compliance compared with private limited company as the degree of operation and ownership are on the separate basis.

Public Limited Company is a publicly held company. It can obtain large amount of capital investment easily. Public limited has features which promote transparent business model as compared to other business structures. It is type of company in which Investor has the choice of transferring their ownership in the company without any hassle by just selling the shares.

Section 8 Companies are formed for the encouragement of arts science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, etc. It is a kind of Business that do not play any vital role in profit. Company Intends to prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members. These companies are the non-profit making company.

Steps to register a Company

  • Acquire Director Identification number
  • Acquire Digital Signature Certificate
  • Search Company Name on MCA portal
  • Draft MOA and AOA(MOA-Memorandum of Association and Article of Association) 
  • File e forms to ROC Delhi regional office on MCA Website like SPice INC-32 along with link Form Spice MOA (INC-33) and Spice AOA (INC-34)
  • Finally Obtain, Certificate of Incorporation, PAN no. and Name of the Company.
