Problems are a part of life and there are problems in everybody’s life. The best way to deal with them is to face them and not to run away. But every one cannot deal with every situation ideally. The responses and reactions one gives in different situations are different. As a result of it the mind of a person may develop certain conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, tension, etc. These are today’s challenges. Every 5th to 7th person in the world is suffering from some or the other psychological disorder.

All the above mentioned mental conditions do damage the mind and are a serious concern in today’s world. These problems are leading to reduction of the productivity of the individuals and ultimately to the growth of the corporate.

Let us have a look at some ways to recover from Psychological Trauma and other mental tensions. It means the prolonged mental state of mind under depression due to a shock. It occurs when a person is not able to cope with the emotions that take birth as a result of an event. The first and foremost way to deal with trauma is:

Sharing: The simplest and the best way to deal with trauma is sharing the feelings of yours with your kith and kin. It is also said that the one who shares his feeling is less prone to heart attack. When we share and cry it helps us to feel light as all the feelings are vent out and there will be less chances of accumulation of ill feelings.

Meditation: Trauma of voices is also similarly dangerous; it is a form of obsession. It is highly risky for human brain and one is not able to close his eyes for peace of mind. The best remedy in such a condition is meditation. One can meditate in many ways. One is to breathe as slowly as possible and the other simple way is to enchant some holy words multiple times. This really works like magic.

Reading: Reading something that makes you think a little is also a kind of meditation. Mediation and reading leads to better concentration and concentration is the only capability blessed by God that makes us different from animals. One should only make sure that while reading or studying one should understand and think to ensure the exercise of the mind and the parasympathetic nerve in the brain works towards the direction of rest and peace.

Writing: The people who maintain a diary are less prone to frequent fits of depression. It is so because the diary writer at least brings his feelings out with honesty and therefore there is nothing getting accumulated in the heart as negative events which will lead to feelings of depression.

The parasympathetic nervous system is one of three divisions of the autonomic nervous system. Sometimes called the rest and digest system, the parasympathetic system conserves energy as it slows the heart rate, increases intestinal and gland activity, and relaxes sphincter muscles in the gastrointestinal tract.
