We ask questions to know their body constitution or prakruti. We try to know the nature of affliction of the diseases and possibility, dhatusarta - dominant tissue feature, samhanan - body built, Satwa - mental status, wholesomeness, capacity of food intake, capacity of exercise etc.  Detailed case history leads to a perfect diagnosis, ideal treatment, fast and effective recovery of the symptoms.

Generally for chronic constipation we advise basti panchkarma instead of plant based stool softners. For premenstrual syndrome like acidity, constipation, irritability we too advise three months course of premenstrual basti treatment. We call patients periodically at our clinic and teach them to perform proper yoga postures. These postures help them to balance vitiated doshas in the body as well as to balance their mental status.
