HD Personal Video Recorder also known as ‘PVR’, is a recording device for the Television. These days, HD PVR is an additional feature of the set-top boxes. Since this is an advanced feature, you are required to pay a premium for the same. Some people own a separate TV recording device; those people can skip investing in an HD PVR.
