How can I Troubleshoot MS Outlook Problem?

MS Outlook is standard web email service for business world. But apart from professional work you can also perform your all personal work with same ease and convenience. Today Outlook becomes world’s widely used web mail service because of some reasons like: easy to use and understand, equipped with well advanced features, great efficiency etc which helps the user to complete the task without any problem.

But however there are some hidden technical glitches which time to time affect the user tasks. May be your Outlook freeze for some time, slow, start up issue and many other troubles are there which is not solved the user. 1) One of the most common issue in Outlook is, it become lingering. Sometime your mails, notes, attachments take too much time to load and as a result you are comfortably working with this kind of slow speed. So, disable all these add-in and start your Outlook in a normal way.

3) Make sure if the Outlook is installed on more than one computer so the email is set on one doesn’t match with other. Here you can manually copy the PST file from one system to another and restart the Outlook. Or you can switch to IMAP protocol.

4) Sometime you receive spam messages which lead this problem. The main reason behind this it could be either due to malware issue or someone hacked your account. So immediately change your password and choose strong password which protect you from this issue. If it’s not enough for you then check with your contact support team and get best solution regarding this issue.

5) If you found your PST is corrupted and Outlook is doesn’t not allow you to open it then choose Microsoft’s inbuilt scanPST.exe which gives you better result.
