Now, lets get start to cancel Direct Deposit Paychecks Step-by-Step: 1. Choose Employees on the QuickBooks menu bar, 2. Choose Edit Paychecks from the Employees Menu, 3. Change both the Show paychecks through/from dates to the date of the check on the Edit Paychecks screen. 4. Click on the Tab key of keyboard. 5. On the Edit/Void Paychecks screen, choose the paycheck to be voided, 6. Click on Void. 7. type "yes," in the pop-up box and then click on Void. 8. Review the terms and conditions, choose the checkbox saying you agree if you agree.
10. after canceled, close the Edit/Void Paychecks window. 11. Choose the Employees on the menu bar. 12. Select Send Payroll Data from the Employees Menu. 13. Click on Send.
