You need to repair an existing QuickBooks installation. For this, make sure that QuickBooks should be closed.

•  Open Control Panel-> Programs-> Programs and Features.
•  Choose QuickBooks and click on Uninstall.
•  Click on Next  in the QuickBooks installation window.
•  Now choose  radio button next to Repair.
•  Click on Next and then click on Repair.
•  Click Finish.
•  If you are still getting error then re install QuickBooks file.
